Do you charge per transaction?

No. Our model is a flat monthly software fee plus optional setup. Standard Safaricom M-Pesa rates apply between you and Safaricom only.

Is hardware included?

Subscriptions cover cloud software, hosting, backups, and support. Printers, scanners, and tablets can be quoted separately or you can use existing equipment.

Can I pay monthly without a contract?

Yes. Month-to-month is available. Annual billing saves 15% and is recommended once you are live and stable.

What if I need something not listed?

Most enterprise and integration work is quoted after a short discovery call. We provide a written scope with milestones before any build starts.
